Rena Nicholson is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and currently teaches our Monday lunchtime 12.30pm Hatha class, and also a Post Natal yoga class on Thursdays 11am - 12pm. Here are a few words from her: 'I fell in love with yoga from the first time I gave it a try, about 13 years ago. I love not just the physical aspect of the practice, but greatly enjoy the mental benefits too. With our busy everyday lives, yoga is needed more than ever before, helping to remind us of that mind, body connection. Having decided to share these benefits with others, I completed my 200hr RYT Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Golden Bay in October 2017. In early 2019, I became a mum, which fueled my desire to continue learning, and so I'm now studying pre & post natal yoga and I also look forward to sharing this with you.'
